On behalf of everyone at the Fairmount CDC, we want to express our most sincere thanks to our local community for donating to the Covid-19 Business Relief Fund. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to raise $14,696 to support our neighborhood businesses struggling due to the shutdown. You’ve brought hope to people who really need it.
In order to make the most impact, we'll be allocating funds each time we reach $10,000 in donations.
The following businesses have received grants from the first round of funding:

We are also announcing the opening of the second round of funding. Some examples of what your contribution might help cover:
-Utility bills or rent
-Tips for hourly staff
-Cover other fixed costs
All funding requests will be reviewed by a committee who will ensure equitable funding across those requests. We are hoping that, with enough support, we will be able to alleviate some of the burden for as many business owners as possible.
