July Community Digest

It was great seeing so many neighbors at the Fairmount Arts Crawl last Sunday! Thank you to all of the artists, business-owners, vendors, partners, and volunteers who helped make the event possible. Save the date for our next major gathering - Saturday, October 1 - for Girard Avenue Festival, produced in collaboration with the Office of State Representative Donna Bullock.

Last month also marked the return of our neighborhood business meetups. We'll be gathering again in July; if you own a business in the Art Museum District make sure you are a member of GAMBA, and come join us. If you are an aspiring business-owner, or part of a growing business, consider applying for PhillyiHub - a free assistance program that will begin in August.

We hope everyone has a safe and pleasant holiday weekend, and a terrific month.
